Terms of Service

The service

We host 360 flyover tours so guests can move along a filmed route, look around, and open a booking link the organization already uses. The marketing site explains the product. The app is for staff and guest tours.

Accounts and guest access

Park and platform staff sign in with Keycloak. You must keep those credentials secure and use the portal and admin tools only for your organization or platform role.

Guests can open a public tour link without an account. A public link is meant for people the organization chooses to share it with.

Customer content and booking

Organizations own the video, labels, pins, blur marks, and brand assets they add. They grant us a license to host, process, and display that content so the tour works, including privacy blur.

You are responsible for having the rights to the media you upload and for marks that hide plates, faces, or other spots you do not want shown.

Book opens the organization’s own reservation tool. That booking, payment, and cancellation is between the guest and the organization. We do not process payments.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with tours or other customers, or use the platform to host unlawful or infringing content.

Intellectual property

The platform, design, and software are ours or our licensors’. Customer tour media stays the customer’s, subject to the license above. Guest use of a tour is for viewing and booking, not for copying or republishing the video.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. Tours depend on capture quality, device, and network. We do not promise that a tour will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a booking will complete on a third-party site.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 360 Fly Over Maps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for booking disputes between guests and organizations. Our liability for the service is limited to the amount paid to us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if none was paid.

Changes, ending use, and law

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top will change when we revise them.

To change or end an organization relationship, email hello@360flyovermaps.com. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if we must protect the service.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to 360 Fly Over Maps. If a court cannot enforce one part, the rest still applies.
