Who we are

360 Fly Over Maps provides 360 flyover tours so guests can drive a filmed route, look around, and open a booking link. Contact us at hello@360flyovermaps.com.

What this policy covers

It covers 360flyovermaps.com, app.360flyovermaps.com, guest tour links, and the contact form. Customer booking pages we link to have their own policies.

Information we collect

Contact form: name, email, and message, sent through Web3Forms so we can reply.

Staff accounts: park and platform staff sign in with Keycloak. We store the account email and identity so we can authorize portal and admin access and record that the account signed in.

Guest tours: guests do not create an account. If they turn on Live location, the phone uses their position on the device to place them on a hole and to time offers. We do not upload those coordinates.

Tour analytics: when someone opens a tour we may store a random session id, the event type (tour view, site open, book click, a turn into another clip, a clip they enter, or a later ping), locale, mobile or desktop viewport, campaign tags from the URL, the referring site host, which clip they were on and whether a turn was left or right, and a country, region, and city from an offline IP database (or from the network when those headers are present). We do not store the IP address. We do not use this to build a marketing profile of a guest.

Google Analytics: if a feature flag is on and you accept the banner, we load Google’s tag and send page views so we can measure the marketing site and guest tours. We send a shortened page path (guest tour tokens are removed), locale, device type, referrer or campaign tags, and a Google client id. Portal and admin are not tagged.

Customer content: organizations upload 360 video, site labels, pins, and privacy-blur marks. That media is shown on their guest tour.

Booking: a Book click leaves our tour and opens the customer’s existing reservation link. We do not take payments or card numbers.

How we use information

We use it to run and host tours, show organizations analytics about their own tours, sign staff in, answer contact messages, keep the product working, and protect the service.

Cookies, storage, and analytics opt-out

Signed-in portal and admin sessions use authentication cookies.

The app stores theme in the browser and, for staff, whether the side nav is collapsed. Language is chosen in the session and is not written to a cookie.

Tour analytics keep a session id in sessionStorage for that browser tab. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not record those analytics events.

Live location and offer timers, when used, stay in this browser (localStorage). We do not receive the guest’s coordinates.

Google Analytics, when offered, stores your Accept or Decline choice in localStorage on this site for 12 months, then we ask again. We load Google’s cookies only after Accept. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control still skips the Google tag. You can reopen the choice from Analytics settings in the marketing footer.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

Organization staff can see analytics for their own tours. We use processors that help us operate the product, including Keycloak for sign-in, Web3Forms for contact messages, our hosting provider, and Google Analytics when you accept the banner. Customer booking tools receive only the guest who chooses to leave the tour and book.

Retention, rights, and children

We keep account records, tour media, and analytics while an organization uses the platform and as needed to operate or secure the service.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email hello@360flyovermaps.com. You can also use browser controls for cookies and site data, decline the Google Analytics banner, and DNT or GPC to skip tour analytics and the Google tag.

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes
